Refund Policy
Our products are printed on demand and as such we are unable to accept returns or size exchanges (please review the size chart available in the product description before placing your order). Any products that are misprinted, damaged, or defective may be returned for a refund. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within within 14 days of your items being delivered. Please contact us prior to making any return by using the return request link on the About Us page, and we will provide you with return instructions. Returns and exchanges need to be confirmed within 14 days of delivery.
IdentiTeez will review return/replacement requests only if:
(a) there is a missing or damaged product, or a print error (we can only accept unworn, unused and defective items). and
(b) IdentiTeez receives a complaint within 14 days from the day the product was delivered.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. It is the consumer's responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered. In such case IdentiTeez will not make any refunds and will not resend the product.
There are no refunds on face masks and, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
